F.I.G.H.T. stands for “Fierce Israeli Guerrilla Hand-to-Hand Tactics.” The F.I.G.H.T program encompasses the hand-to-hand, empty-hand vs. knife, empty-hand vs. gun, and ground survival components of Haganah. The remaining components involve tactical knife fighting and combat shooting. Haganah is the world’s only martial art that incorporates all types of combat.
